OPTO DIODE SXUVPS4C quadrant photodiode with a 5mm2 active area in each quadrant comes in a convenient TO-5 windowless package including a 5-pin header, making it easy to integrate into new or existing systems. With light responsivity from 1 to 1000 nm and a shunt resistance of 100Mohms, device is suitable for 2 axes-positional-centering applications for lasers in the 13.5nm to 200nm wavelength range. Product’s stability over time and high-power, short wavelength applications ensure stable responsivity over years, for the typical application. Operating and storage temperatures range from -10C to 40C (ambient) and from -20C to 80C (in nitrogen or vacuum conditions). The maximum junction temperature is 70C and the lead-soldering temperature is 260C at 0.080 in. from the case for 10 seconds.
