ALPHA Precision Milled, Multi-Level Stencils enable optimum control of paste deposits when assembling printed circuit boards containing a wide variety of thicknesses. Products allow greater flexibility in the transition from one thickness to another than etched stencils and provide improved surface quality. Products provide an enhanced printing performance to etched stencils by enabling less visible paste smearing and improved repeatability of print deposits. Products also allow reduced pressure to be used when printing stepped stencils and increased flexibility in design of the ‘Keep Out’ area.
