MURATA POWER MEJ2 series fully encapsulated compact through-hole 2 Watt dc-dc converters provides a pin-compatible upgrade path from firm’s NMJ, MEV1 and NMV series. Devices are available with either single or dual outputs covering the nominal voltages of 3.3, 5, 9, 12 or 15Vdc. Input voltage variants accommodate 3.3, 5, 12 or 15Vdc. In a compact SIP format, products have about twice the power density of its predecessor, while providing safety agency recognition according to UL60950 for basic/supplementary insulation for voltages up to 200 Vrms.
