5-SLOT 6U VME64X BACKPLANE

The 5-slot VME64x backplane in 6U size is designed for applications that have tight space restraints. It also allows more room in the chassis for cabling, isolators for shock and vibration, or a fan tray below the card cage in certain chassis configurations. The 7U VME64x backplane has an extra 1U of power bugs at the bottom of the backplane for higher current applications, conforming to the VITA 1.7 High Current specification.
