Voltage regulators combine short-circuit current foldback, PSRR of 70dB

MICROCHIP MCP1754/MCP1754S low dropout regulators (LDOs) provide high PSRR of 70dB at 1kHz (typical), and a maximum output current of 150mA at +125Celsius junction temperature. Both devices provide a high input voltage of 16V and an output voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V, with standard output voltages of 2V, 2.5V, 2.8V, 3V, 3.3V, 4V and 5V, and output voltage tolerances of +/-2.0 percent over the entire temperature range. Product also provides a shutdown input signal and a power-good output signal.
