IRONWOOD ELECTRONICS Imperium line of thermal control systems support thermal characterization of semiconductor devices from -50°C to +155°C. The first of these systems has been developed specifically for low power devices (<10W), with a supported temperature ramp rate of 80°C per minute, while maintaining a minimal footprint in size, weight and electrical load. Leveraging decades of experience in the socket industry, system is easily adaptable to all socketed and soldered applications up to a 40mm x 40mm device. All test operations have been vertically integrated into the system to reduce operator error and ensure the most optimum socket and thermal environment. The unique quick disconnect thermal head allows for easy transport and quick setup between different test platforms, allowing one system to easily support multiple end user applications.
