IQD FREQUENCY IQXT-60 series Temperature Compensated Crystal Oscillator (TCXO) improves phase noise performance in a miniature low height package. The versatile high performance device provides typical phase noise figures of -63dBc/Hz at 10Hz and -161dBc/Hz at 100kHz coupled with a low current consumption of around 5.0mA. Housed in a miniature 3.2 x 2.5mm ceramic package measuring 1.0mm high, device is available at any frequency from 4.0MHz to 54.0MHz. Product’s frequency stability of ±2.5ppm over the operating temperature range of –30 to +75 degrees C and frequency tolerance of ±0.5ppm matches existing industry standards.
