INNOVATIVE POWER PRODUCTS IPP-8090 200 watt, 32dB surface mount dual directional coupler operates from 500 – 3000 MHz and is available in a RoHS version. Device delivers a unique broadband design that provides separate coupled ports for both forward and reflected signals with internal terminations. Device is produced in a Surface Mount (SMD) package size of 1 x 1-inches. Insertion Loss is less than 0.30dB, main line VSWR is less than 1.30:1, coupled flatness is +/- 1.0dB and directivity is greater than 17dB.
