APM HEXSEAL 1231/46 pushbutton sealing boot provides an additional layer of protection against extreme environments including dust, splashing or hose-directed water. Suitable for medical applications, device meets strict UL and NEMA requirements. Devices are molded from a high tear-strength silicone rubber (other materials available for specific environments) molded to a built-in mounting nut. Each device encloses the base of the protruding switch bushing and forms a watertight and dust-tight seal to the front panel surface with a molded in sealing rib.
