Miniature, high reliability inductor comes in ultra-small package

DELEVAN C0603 miniature RF inductor comes in an ultra-small package size and is suitable for all market applications. Value-based devices are high reliability and are available as space rated (S Level) versions. A high reliability 0603 version, for use in critical applications, is also available. Manufactured and tested in the USA, product is offered in inductance ranges of 1.6nH to 390nH and features ultra-high Self Resonant Frequencies along with Q factors of 19 to 38, which provide stable inductor performance into the multi GHz range. Designed with a high-temperature ceramic core and magnet wire for excellent temperature stability and mechanical ruggedness, the C0603 inductor is rated for an operating temperature range of – 40 °C to +125 °C and is AEC-Q200 Grade 1 compliant. The C0603 is available with Gold terminations for use with epoxy bonded or solderable applications.
