RENESAS ELECTRONICS 5RCD0148H & 4RCD0232K industrial temperature DDR5 and DDR4 registered clock drivers (RCDs) are targeted at demanding applications such as edge computing, automotive vehicles, industry 4.0, and 5G applications. Device support temperatures as low as -40⁰C and as high as 105⁰C, compared to commercial temperature devices that usually operate from 0⁰C to 70⁰C. Devices support speeds up to 5200 MT/s for DDR5 and up to 3200 MT/s for DDR4. Devices deliver 2X channel speed improvement, low latency and excellent power management, enabling DDR5 industrial temp dual inline memory modules (DIMMs) and memory-down applications, while providing wide temperature range reliability for existing DDR4 applications.
