High-temp AEC-Q101 P-channel MOSFET come in SMT package

Nexperia BUK6Y Series P-Channel MOSFETs are packaged in the LFPAK56 (Power SO8) surface-mount package, and are available in voltages of -30V, -40V and -60V. Designed and qualified to AEC-Q101 standard for use in high-performance automotive applications, product series is rated to 175°C. Applications include reverse battery protection, power management, high-side load switch and motor drive. Devices provide designers flexibility and reliability without compromising thermal performance saving a considerable amount of space compared to traditional D2PAK and DPAK solutions.
