RICHARDSON RFPD Macom Technology Solutions MAAM-011220 High-linearity DOCSIS 3.1 CATV amplifier provides 18dB of ultra-flat gain while biased at either 8 or 5 volts. Device boosts linearity, high gain, low noise and low distortion, making it suitable for 75Ω infrastructure applications. Device is fabricated using GaAs pHEMT technology and is assembled in a SOT-89 plastic package.
