DYMAX Edge-Carry series of conveyors ensure rapid curing of UV and/or visible-light-sensitive adhesives, inks, and coatings where typical belt-transport style conveyors may cause clearance issues or damage to sensitive components. Parts such as printed circuit boards that are populated on two sides or palletized components are handled expediently. Product provides seamless transition from upstream and downstream assembly, dispense, and transport systems to save time and improve manufacturing efficiency. Units can be outfitted with a variety of lamp configurations to address application-specific requirements and provide consistent cure times and complete shielding from UV light. Configuration options allow flexibility when defining intensity requirements to keep operating costs to a minimum. Standard height clearance is 0.75″ across the entire 18″ width.
