SHIMIFREZ Electroforming metal fabrication process is sufficiently versatile as it is used to produce huge components for the aerospace and automotive industries, while capable of replicating surfaces with micron size features or ultra micro metal parts. Electroforming process provides general tolerances of ± 0.010 mm, with the limit exceeding ± 0.005 mm. Material thickness can vary between 0.01 mm and 0.2 mm. Material used is mostly nickel. The minimum hole/slot is 0.025mm.
