Broadband VNA system represents new performance standard

ANRITSU VectorStar ME7838A broadband Vector Network Analyzer (VNA) provides a new standard in broadband performance for customers needing to characterize on-wafer active and passive devices and high speed signal integrity measurements. Unit boosts broadband frequency coverage, starting at 70kHz instead of 10MHz. Device is operational from 40kHz to 125GHz through a single coaxial connector. Unit provides dynamic range of 108dB at 65GHz and 107dB at 110GHz. Module delivers calibration and measurement stability of 0.1dB over 24-hrs.
