CENTRAL SEMI CBRSDSH5-40 Schottky Bridge Rectifier packaged in the SMDIP case is energy efficient. The 5A, 40V full wave bridge device is surface mount with an exceptionally low VF of 0.37V and an outstanding IR of 40A. Product utilizes 56% less board space compared to four individual Schottky rectifiers in the SMC package.
