NXP LPC546xx 32-bit microcontrollers (MCU) are flexible and scalable, while improving power consumption. Devices are powered by a 180MHz ARM Cortex-M4 core with up to 512 kBytes of on-chip flash and up to 200 kBytes of SRAM, plus a quad SPI Flash Interface (SPIFI) for expanding program memory. The ARM core includes a floating point unit (FPU), as well as a memory protection unit (MPU) that separates the memory into distinct regions to improve the reliability of an embedded system. Devices provide 21 communication interfaces, including 10 Flexible Serial Interfaces, plus Ethernet support, a TFT LCD controller, and two CAN FD modules. http://www.mouser.com/new/nxp-semiconductors/nxp-lpc546-mcu
