TDK-LAMBDA iBH series of 20 Ampere POL (Point of Load) non-isolated dc-dc converter accepts a wide range input of 3.5 to 14Vdc, and can operate from either a 5Vdc or 12Vdc bus. Products provide output voltages from 0.7 to 5.5V, with efficiencies of up to 96%. Capable of delivering up to 80W, the converters can operate in high ambient temperature, low airflow environments with minimal power derating. The surface mount devices measure 20.3mm x 11.4mm x 9.9mm, with a weight of 6g. Product features output trim adjustment, power good, remote sense and a choice of positive or negative logic remote on/off.
