Sager expands Power Solutions Center

Sager Electronics, Middleborough MA, leading North American distributor of interconnect, power and electromechanical components and value-add solution provider, has relocated its Power Solutions Center (PSC) to a 64,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility in Carrollton, TX. 

The new facility is 70% larger than Sager’s existing location, and will include 20,500 square feet of value-add production space and an engineering lab; a 3,500 square foot service centre including sales offices, meeting and collaborative space, and training room; and a 40,000 square foot distribution centre.

The new PSC offers a full range of design, manufacturing and testing services in support of Sager’s power and thermal value-add business. Over the next few months, the new distribution centre will house power supplies, thermal management solutions and specialty components sourced specifically to meet Sager’s growing value-add and traditional product demands. The distribution centre will operate on the same warehouse management system as Sager’s 100,000 square foot facility in Middleborough, MA, providing Sager full array of logistical capabilities out of two sites.

She continued, “The increased square footage, well-equipped production floor and fully-automated distribution centre will better support our growing power and thermal product distribution requirements.”
