Equipped with an advanced programmable controller featuring a vivid colour touchscreen interface, units are cost-effective and fully programmable for basic frequency conversion, advanced ac power line disturbance tests, and ATE applications. Product is equipped with a powerful microcontroller supported by three additional digital signal processors to create a fully integrated test system. Unit supplies a variety of power conditions to the device under test and meters/analyzes all output performance parameters. Product provides a source of stable ac voltage over the frequency range of 15 to 1,200Hz. The output frequency is quartz-crystal stabilized. Output voltages up to 600Vac are provided using transformer options.
