Polymer-based heater pastes cure below 300C

HERAEUS Three polymer-based heater pastes cure at temperatures lower than 300C and adhere to a variety of substrates. System consists of a dielectric paste, resistor paste and epoxy-based silver conductor pastes. LTD5301 dielectric paste can be applied in three layers using a 230 mesh screen. Layers can be co-cured, while target thickness is 40µm. TR43.08 resistor paste is recommended for screen printing on 280-325 mesh screen. This low-ohm polymer resistor cures at 200 to 250C peak temperature for 60-minutes and dries in 10-minutes at 150C. LTC3001 epoxy-based silver conductor paste is screen-printable using a 230-325 mesh screen and provides multiple curing times.
