OK INTERNATIONAL MRS-1100A Modular Rework System has been upgraded to include a free-standing board holder and enhanced adjustable tool holder. Product extends the system’s productivity advantage for optimized removal and replacement of BGA/CSP and SMT components. Unit includes the BH-2000 free-standing board holder to replace the board holder rails that were previously part of the ATH-1100 Tool Holder. The result is a greater capacity to manage diverse board sizes and thicknesses while providing a more stable working area. An extremely versatile system, the modular rework system is available with a wide array of nozzles, preheater, adjustable tool holder, board holder and light magnifier.
