TEKTRONIX MDO4000C series of mixed domain oscilloscopes provides a synchronized view of analog and digital waveforms along with RF spectrum traces, making it a suitable debug tool for Internet of Things (IoT) and many other embedded engineering applications. Unit can be configured with up to six instruments in a single unit including a full spectrum analyzer. Instrument can be upgraded over time to meet users demanding challenges and add functionality as needs change or budgets allow. Product provides a 20 Mpoint record length, fast sample rate and fast >340,000 waveform capture rate to help uncover elusive problems.

Unit has the ability to synchronize views across time and frequency domains and the ability to perform vector signal analysis, having a 50% larger display and up to 6GHz spectrum analyzer with better spectrum analyzer performance. Logic analyzer timing resolution is down to 60.6ps and independent logic thresholds per channel enable capture of multiple logic families at once. Product provides protocol analysis for up to three buses simultaneously with triggering up to 500Mb/s. http://www.tek.com
