Harvatek HT-U16D series surface mount LED provides improved luminous intensity in a PLCC compatible footprint. With a package dimension of 3.5mm(L) x 2.8mm(W) x 1.3mm(H), the device comes in red, green, blue and white. The mid-power 3528 LED combines an optically optimized reflector and a reflective leadframe substrate to provide high luminous output. Device provides a silicone lens and a rugged leadframe design for enhanced thermal management.
