LGA socket boosts performance on 2.54mm pitch items

IRONWOOD CBT-LGA-5002 LGA socket addresses high performance requirements for 2.54mm pitch devices. The contactor is a stamped spring pin with 19 gram actuation force per pin and cycle life of 500,000 insertions. The self inductance of the contactor is 0.93nH, insertion loss of < 1dB at 21.9GHz and capacitance 0.097pF. The current capacity of each contactor is 4 amps. Socket temperature range is -55C to +180C. Socket also provides an IC guide for precise LGA edge alignment.
