High temperature, voltage dc-dc converters reduce design time

INTERNATIONAL RECTIFIER HTH27022S and HTM27092S isolated hybrid hermetic dc-dc converters for high temperature and high shock environments provide an operating case temperature of 165C with transient up to 175C and with a high nominal input voltage of 270V. The COTS devices can significantly reduce design cycle time, size and design costs associated with high temperature applications. Products provide internal EMI filter, magnetically coupled current feedback, under-voltage lockout, output over-voltage limiter, external inhibit and short circuit and overload protection.
