RENESAS ELECTRONICS ISL91301B Power Management IC (PMIC) is designed into the latest Google Coral products, including the Mini PCIe Accelerator, M.2 Accelerator A+E Key, M.2 Accelerator B+M Key and System-on-Module (SoM). Google Coral integrates seamlessly into processes at any scale, helping designers create a variety of local artificial intelligence (AI) solutions for several industries. Google Coral technology enables advanced neural network processing for low-power devices. At the heart of Coral is the Google Edge Tensor Processing Unit (TPU) coprocessor, which is capable of performing four trillion operations per second (TOPS), using 0.5 watts for each TOPS (2 TOPS per watt).

Device provides a high efficiency and small footprint power solution that is ideal for cutting-edge, low power edge AI processors, and it has quad buck regulator outputs, delivering up to 4A (total 16A) with 94 percent peak efficiency.
