3M Embedded Capacitance Material (ECM) reduces impedance, power bus noise, EMI, and discrete capacitor count with high speed digital and low pass filter designs. Product is a UL recognized capacitor material with high capacitive density that can be embedded into printed circuit boards and chip packaging. Product consists of a very thin layer of ceramic-filled epoxy sandwiched between two layers of copper foil. Product has demonstrated success in applications in the telecom, computer, test and measurement, military/aerospace, medical and consumer electronics industries
