IRONWOOD Elastomer SM-BGA socket for BGA1365 is constructed with high performance (>40GHz bandwidth) and low inductance elastomer contactor. Device’s temperature range is -55C to +150C, while the pin self-inductance is 0.21nH, and the capacitance to ground is 0.15pF. Current capacity is 4 amps per pin. Device uses SM & SMP contact technology for high speed, low inductance, high endurance and wide temperature applications.
