Dual half-bridge motor driver IC suits low-voltage apps

ALLEGRO MICROSYSTEMS A3910 dual half bridge motor driver suitable for low voltage battery operated applications, provides thermal shut-down (TSD) and sleep functionality in a small package. Device’s outputs are rated for operation up to 500mA. Direct control of high and low side drivers is implemented to allow either high side or low side PWM. Motor can be connected to either supply or GND.
