TELLURIAN TECHNOLOGIES T4000HCSL crystal oscillator with a small package size of 5.0 x 3.2 x 1.3mm provides a high-speed, current steering logic output (HCSL). Device is designed to reduce the cost and need for the additional circuitry needed to translate CMOS, LVDS, and LVPECL outputs. Product provides a lifetime stability of +/- 25ppm for all conditions over -40 to +85C and delivers an RMS jitter of less than 1ps (12kHz to 20MHz) by utilizing a 3rd overtone crystal design. Device eliminates spurs through a PLL chip set using voltages as low as 2.5V and drawing a maximum current of 88mA.
