Controller board and two accessory boards join firm’s lineup of ZigBee Pro networked wireless input/output controllers: ZCI – Wireless ZigBee I/O Controller; PSM – Port Status Monitor; and TXB – Terminal Expansion Board. ZCI (ZigBee I/O Control Interface) is a general-purpose I/O controller board on the ZigBee network that works with any application profile and offers a rich complement of features and I/O facilities in a small (2.0” x 3.5”) footprint. PSM is a small board that can be inserted in-between the ZCI I/O8 ports and external devices, to visually monitor the logical signal state of the eight I/O lines. TXB is a break-out board that enables the connection of individual wires to the flat ribbon cables that carry the eight I/O signals to and from the I/O8 ports on the controller boards. ZCI is also available as a Lab Module for educational use, mounted on a sturdy acrylic base, complete with power binding posts and non-slip polyurethane bumper feet. On-board voltage regulators allow powering the board from any DC power source between 3.3 V – 16 V DC. A powerful Control Panel Windows application is provided to test, configure, and learn about the board , commands, and the features.
