MEJ1 series of isolated 1Watt dc-dc converters are encapsulated in a 7 pin SIP package and provide basic and supplementary isolation to the internationally recognized UL60950 standard. Unit is certified to a continuous working voltage of 200Vrms when operating in a maximum ambient temperature of +85C. Input to output isolation is rated at 5,200Vdc for 1 second. Products comply with the 3rd edition of medical safety standard UL60601-1 and provides the following MOOP (means of operator protection).
