Device’s size of 2.0 x l.6 x 0.65mm, covers approximately 40% less surface area than the most popular currently available clock oscillators. Product has a frequency stability of 25, 30, 50, and 100ppm, while providing an operating temperature range of -10C to +70C and it is available in 3 values of power supply voltages: 1.8V±5%, 2.5V±5% and 3.3V±5%.
