1000W, 1500W power supplies receive medical safety certs

TDK-LAMBDA AMERICAS RWS-B series medical ac-dc power supplies includes 1000W (RWS1000B) and 1500W (RWS1500B) power levels are certified to the medical IEC 60601-1 standard. Devices come with 7-year warranty and are available with 12, 15, 24, 36 and 48V outputs, adjustable up to -15/+15% of nominal. All models accept an 85 to 265Vac input and can operate at full load in -20 to +50^oC ambient temperatures, derating linearly to 60% load from +50^oC to +60^oC. High operating efficiencies of up to 88% reduce internal waste heat and component temperatures, resulting in electrolytic capacitor service life predictions of at least 10 years.
