On October 11, 2023, the US EPA finalized its regulations for PFAS reporting, outlining the requirements for chemical and article manufacturers within the CDX reporting system. Manufacturers and importers are obligated to submit data dating back to 2011.

Claigan’s webinar will provide detailed guidance on how to meet these reporting requirements, with a specific focus on practical solutions, including aligning chemical data with product volumes from 2011 and onwards.
