Zenreach recruits new VP engineering
Rynard joins the Walk-Through Marketing leader to accelerate innovation
Zenreach, inventor of the Walk-Through Rate, announced software industry veteran Mathew Rynard will join the team as vice president of engineering. Zenreach’s Walk-Through Marketing helps businesses with physical locations dramatically improve customer acquisition and lifetime value by connecting digital marketing with in-store results.
Rynard joins an expanded leadership team that oversees rapid growth at Kitchener ON-based Zenreach. He will play a critical role leading a high-performance engineering team as the company capitalizes on the success of its new product, Zenreach Attract.
Working with technology teams around the globe
Rynard most recently served as VP of development at Nuance Communications where he led a global team of hardware and software professionals. He joined Nuance through the acquisition of Equitrac Corporation in 2011. Prior to that he was CTO of Activplant Corporation, Spending 28 years working with technology teams around the globe, Rynard’s experience and contributions span small, early stage startups through to a large billion-dollar enterprise. “Zenreach is building technology to help real-world merchants attract more new customers and keep them coming back. Giving them the ability to connect their online marketing with in-store results is huge,” he said.Rynard started his career as a software developer and architect, producing telecommunications management solutions after earning a Bachelor’s of Engineering degree in computer engineering. When he’s not in the office, he can often be found outside. “On most sunny days, or even rainy days, I’m riding my mountain bike on some of the amazing trails near my home,” says Rynard.
