XP Power appoints Utech as distributor in Canada

XP Power, manufacturer of ac-dc power supplies and dc-dc converters, has appointed Utech Electronics, Uxbridge ON, as its distributor for Canada. XP Power products serve many applications, including medical, industrial, technology, railway and defence. 

As a result of the agreement, XP Power will make many of its ac-dc products available in Canada including open-frame, enclosed, desktop, configurable and DIN rail power supplies, while its DC-DC converters satisfy the requirements of distributed power architectures. The firm’s high voltage power supplies deliver output voltages of up to 10kV and ‘green power’ solutions for desktop and component power supplies meet the latest environmental regulations and specifications.

Founded in 1991, Utech Electronics is a well-established electronics distributor, specializing in surface mount products. Utech operates sales offices in Vancouver, Calgary, Winnepeg, Toronto, Ottawa and Montreal.
