The FXL4245 series of eight-bit, bi-directional, low-voltage logic-level translators in MLP packaging are designed for cell phones, notebooks and other battery-powered portable devices.

The CMOS-based translators provide a low-noise buffered interface with up to 24mA drive current between any 1.1V-3.6V logic state. Both models in the series accommodate bi-directional voltage translation over a variety of logic voltage (Vcc) levels, including 1.2V, 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V and 3.3V.
