HIGH-SPEED CHIP SHOOTER

The system acts as the base of a flexible placement line designed to place SMDs with low assembly cost. The system’s tape feeder improves the feeding reliability of small chips and provides throughput when combined with KE-2050/2060 compatible hand trolleys. The CTF tape feeders increase smaller component picking accuracy. When combined with the simple to use feeder trolleys, the tape feeders require minimal to no re-teaching of pick positions between changeovers.
