SMD laser diode is hermetically sealed

LASER COMPONENTS Arima CW Laser Diode ADL-65074zl is a laser source that can be mounted directly on a circuit board as an SMD and at the same time features a hermetically sealed TO56 cap to protect it from dust and humidity. At 1.9mm high, the space-saving package is significantly larger than an SMD-only solution. The sealed SMD laser source is available for the 655nm wavelength and delivers 10mW of laser power at an operating current of 25mA. Device combines the advantages of SMD mounting and TO56 packaging.
