RF power detector come in rugged SMA housing

CRYSTEK CPDETLS-4000 RF power detector is encased in a rugged SMA housing, suitable for low-cost RF power monitoring in general lab use. Unit provides a frequency range of 10MHz to 4GHz. Product is a zero-bias Schottky diode intended for use as a large-signal power detector (greater than -10dBm). Input signal is rated at +30dBm maximum and video capacitance of the detector is 100pF. Product has an operating temperature range of -20 to 70C and a storage temperature range of -40 to 85C.
