New RS73 SeriesÊ(25ppm/50ppm/¡C) ?Ultra Precision Metal Glaze?Thick Film Resistors from KOA Speer

Bradford, PA - February 4, 2020 - KOA Speer Electronics introduces the RS73FÊ(25ppm/¡C) and RS73GÊ(50ppm/¡C) ultra precision metal glaze thick film chip resistors. These 0603 case size resistors will be offered in ±0.1%, 0.25%, and 0.5% tolerances with a T.C.R. as low as ±25ppm/¡C and a resistance range from 100½ to 1M½.Ê The RS73 offers excellent long-term stability with its resistance changing by only 0.2% in reliability testing.Ê
KOA Speer's RS73 series metal glaze thick film resistors offer comparable precision and high reliability to that of thin film resistors.Ê They are suitable for high precision applications such as automotive, industrial, and measuring equipment for engine control, power supplies, and body control.
The new RS73 series of resistors are AEC-Q200 qualified. Lead time is 10 weeks. Samples are available upon request.
