Waterproof barometric pressure, temp sensor IC boosts accuracy

TDK ICP-10100 barometric pressure sensor based on MEMS capacitive technology provides ultra-low noise at the lowest power, enabling industry leading relative accuracy, sensor throughput and temperature stability. Device can measure pressure differences with an accuracy of ±1Pa, an accuracy enabling altitude measurement differentials as small as 5cm, less than the height of a single stair step. Product consumes 1.3µA @1Hz and comes in a footprint of 2mm x 2mm x 0.72mm – waterproof to 1.5m depth 10-pin LGA package.
