Type 7 solder paste is spatter-free

HERAEUS WS5112 series spatter-free type 7 (2~11um) solder paste for fine pitch applications, reduces defects such as solder balling and solder beading. Type 6 (5~15um) version is in high volume production and suitable for wireless and Bluetooth applications. Type 7 version delivers splash-free/splatter-free performance. WS5112 flux platform boosts consistency solder volume over printing life. Product has no or minimal solder splashing/splattering during the reflow process.
