Two-stage, cooled packaged IR detector boosts performance

OPTO DIODE BXT2-17TF single-channel, infrared (IR) detector comes with an integrated 4.67µm optical bandpass silicon filter. The high-performance lead selenide (PbSe) cooled device provides improved sensitivity for industrial carbon monoxide (CO) detection in harsh environments. The two-stage, thermoelectrically-cooled, packaged device with integrated thermistor boosts performance and high reliability for long life. Device provides additional sensitivity for low-level-emissions detection and enhanced temperature stability for use in harsh environments where temperatures are in constant flux.
