TCXO boosts frequency, lowers jitter

RALTRON  ‘ULTRA’ TX832-D3 TCXO boosts frequency output from an extremely small 3225 SMD case with low jitter. Device generates a high frequency range of 60 to 650MHz with a supply voltage of 2.5V or 3.3V at a frequency stability of 2.5ppm over a temperature range of -40C to + 85C and a low RMS jitter of 650fs maximum within a bandwidth of 12kHz to 20MHz.
