PLETRONICS THA4 Series of Stratum-III Temperature Compensated Voltage Controlled Crystal Oscillators (TCVCXO) provide low jitter and low current. The precision frequency signal generators provide CMOS output in voltages from 2.8v to 5.0v in a 5×7 mm LCC ceramic package, with a 3.2 x 5mm ceramic package also available. A number of commonly used frequencies are currently available, including 10.0 MHz, 19.2 MHz, 19.44 MHz, 20.0 MHz and 26.0 MHz with other frequencies being developed. Product series provides stability of ? 0.28 ppm over temperature range and 24-hour holdover ? 0.37 ppm. All parts are RoHS 6 /6 and GR-1244-CORE compliant and with control linearity in accordance with MIL-PRF-55310.
