Automation / Robotics Electronics Embedded Systems Semiconductors Engineering automotive automotive LiDAR LiDAR SoC SoCLEDDARATECH LeddarCore LCA2 system-on-chip (SoC) provides enhanced LiDAR performance and resolution in automotive design that conforms to functional safety requirements. Available in production samples, device allows Tier-1 vehicle suppliers to design and mass produce automotive-grade solid-state LiDARs, making the cost-effective deployment. Devices provide more than 100m at 10% reflectivity, while also adding the support of Hybrid Flash designs that use microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) for laser beam steering, which increases the resolution. SoCs and software have been designed from the ground up to meet ISO 26262 ASIL-B and will allow users to deliver automotive-grade LiDARs that comply with functional safety requirements.
